Gerald Crutchley, President
A recognized leader in the healthcare industry, Jerry has created and brought to market a number of recognized products. He has also served in senior level positions in marketing and business development for several Fortune 500 companies.
Jerry was born and raised in the Akron area, and continues to live there with his wife of 24 years and their four children. Jerry has a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Akron.

Nancy Coveleskie, Vice President
Nancy Coveleskie is a life-long resident of Cleveland, Ohio. She now lives on the west side with her husband, Mike, son Michael and daughter Elise. She has been in the financial services field since 1988, and has spent most of her career focusing on retirement planning. She is an Investment Advisor Representative, Series 7 licensed and insurance licensed for life, health, annuity, property and casualty.

She earned her B.S. from Ohio University in 1985 and her MBA in Finance from Cleveland State University in 1988.

Nancy enjoys an active lifestyle. Traveling, skiing, horse-back riding and relaxing at her summer home in the Erie Islands are a few of her favorite pastimes.
