Prescription Network: This is an interactive database that lets you search for a network pharmacy by zip code, city or state.

Prescription Pricing: This is an interactive database that will give you pricing from network pharmacies in your area. Be sure to have the medication’s correct spelling, milligrams and dosage handy.

Mail Order Prescriptions: You can check prices and order from our secure website.

Vision Care Network: This is an interactive database that lets you search for a network pharmacy by zip code, city or state.

Vision Care Fee Schedule: This lists the costs for eyewear when presenting your card at a participating Vision Care Provider.

Dental Plans: This will take you to a site where you can compare plans available in your area, look up dental providers by zip code, name, or both, and enroll for a membership. Remember to have your coupon code ready for additional savings of 20% off the listed fees.
